Leadership Profiles

Matthew Lautz, Founder, Director & CEO
Matthew Lautz is an experienced software developer and network manager. He founded Brevient Technologies in 2001. At the time Lautz was President of his former company, Reflection Media, a Web site design and IT firm, which has since merged into Brevient. Since its conception, Brevient and its product line have grown significantly under Lautz’s direction.

Lautz is the chief development director for all Brevient product lines. He has been featured by prominent media as a representative of young, successful entrepreneurs. Lautz is a member of the Entrepreneur's Organization. He is frequently called upon to address business organizations on motivating young professionals in the work force.

Dennis Casey, Executive Vice President
Dennis Casey has over 25 years of business experience in technology and consulting. His industry experience includes health care, the professional services sector, sales and marketing and technology.

As Executive Vice President, Casey creates and manages sales and partner outlets for Brevient products and assists in new product development. He also manages client and partner business relationships. Casey has a BS in Medical Administration and a MBA from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Daniel Darnieder, Vice President - Software Development
Daniel Darnieder has over 20 years of experience in business and information technology in a broad range of industries. He is responsible for managing Brevient software development initiatives.

Darnieder is experienced in the technical aspects of project management, database design and system architecture using a variety of software and hardware platforms. Additionally, he is a skilled business manager, having managed multi-million dollar budgets and large numbers of employees throughout his career.

Darnieder has a master's degree in Management Information Systems from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee where he has also taught MIS undergraduate and graduate courses.
